Different Properties / Different Threats & Concerns

While most properties have similar needs for cooling, heating, plumbing, and fire protection, designs often vary as well as the level of maintenance provided.  A critical data center will assign far greater importance to its critical cooling system for the computer rooms over a grammar school.  Some properties seem to attract a lack of maintenance such as federal and state buildings, schools, or hospitals.  This means that a substantially similar condenser water system at one building can exhibit dramatically higher or lower corrosion levels than another.

Below we provide a brief overview to specific concerns we have identified at different types of properties.  While corrosion differences exist between all forms of piping systems, all capable of being defined through ultrasonic testing, a larger common denominator to their condition may exist based upon type of property.
